Recently I brought in my wife's smartwatch for a battery replacement. They got nervous returning the watch because they couldn't restore the settings. So they didn't charge me, and apologized. In fact I found out that the watch is fine, it just need my wife's phone to pair with. But they wanted to go the extra mile.in customer service and didn't want to charge for something they didn't think had worked. So when I go in next, I will pay for the battery repair, and when I need jewelry, Oaks is where I will go first.
