When A.J. said he could fix my problems remotely, I felt doomed. But, he was right! I work from home, am a senior, reluctantly technically proficient, but I needed help. I went in there with a problem on my MacBook Pro computer and they seemed to be really honest about what they could do for me and what they could not do for me. They recommended I go to another place, where they could help me better. Everyone seems super nice too.
