  4/22/13 OH, THANK HEAVEN! We totally forgot to load my purse full of snacks before heading to Berkeley to see a play. Some theaters don't allow snacks at all; others don't allow outside snacks. If no snacks are allowed, it's hard to get away with eating anything... but if concessions are sold at the playhouse, it's hard to tell in the dark if you're eating something you brought from home or an item you purchased there. 7-11 was the perfect stop. I bought spicy peanuts and sour gummies. Casey P. bought a King size Twix, some regular gummy candies and something else. It was enough to last us for the duration of the play (almost.) Also on this stop, I bought gloves that I intend to use for gardening during an Earth Day clean-up event I'm participating in today. $2.99 to protect my little paws. What a deal! Convenient location with a small, but appropriately sized parking lot. Glad we found this 7-11!
